Buying Process
These Videos Cover a Comparison of Renting Vs Buying, The Home Buying Process, Timeline, Pre-Approvals and Things to Avoid After Applying for a Mortgage.
Your First Step: Contact Lenders
I Can Recommend Lenders and Request Lenders Contact You if You Request Me to Do So.
I cannot provide you with a recommendation on the best loan program for you, only provide an overview of different programs that are available.
I cannot tell you if you qualify for a loan, only provide lender information.
I can aide you in ensuring a lender is conducting themselves professionally and represent you in the instance you have been discriminated against by a lender.
I cannot apply for a loan on your behalf. You must complete this step of home ownership on your own.
After you have a pre-approval, your home search can start!
